• Where are you located?

We are based out of the San Francisco Bay Area in the United States of America.

• How old do I have to be to purchase Herbalette Herbal Cigarettes?

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase our products. We do not sell Herbalette herbal cigarettes to those under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

• How long after my order will I receive my package? Are packages shipped with tracking?

All packages are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and shipping generally takes takes 2-3 days within the USA from the date of dispatch. International shipping times vary. All of our packages are shipped with tracking.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash in mail.

• How do you ship your packages? What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain generic packaging, the Herbalette brand name will not appear on the package. We ship via USPS, FedEx, & UPS.

• Will I have to pay duty in my country for ordering your product?

Depending on your country you may have to pay a small duty, however it is very unlikely.
